Membership is offered to individuals who complete the join process, pay the membership fee and pass our broker verification. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. We reserve the right to approve or decline any application at our discretion.

Membership is a one-time payment processed securely by Stripe. By completing checkout you authorise the charge shown at the point of sale. Your official receipt is issued by Stripe.

Access to the portal is conditional on verifying an active, funded broker account. You agree to provide accurate broker details for this purpose. If we cannot verify an active broker account, your access may be paused until it is resolved.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Access is personal to you and may not be shared, resold or transferred.

You agree not to copy, redistribute, record or share the portal’s content, community or materials outside your membership, and not to misuse the platform or interfere with its operation.

Success is Chosen provides education, training and community. Nothing on the website or in the portal constitutes financial, investment, trading, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial product. Trading and investing carry significant risk, and you may lose some or all of your capital. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and should seek independent, regulated advice where appropriate. Past performance is not a guide to future results.

All content, branding and materials provided through Success is Chosen are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Your membership grants you a personal, non-transferable right to access them for your own use only.

Because membership grants immediate access to digital content and community, refunds are handled in line with our refund policy communicated at the point of sale and applicable consumer law. If you believe there has been an error with your payment, contact us and we will help.

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached, if broker verification fails, or where required to protect the platform or its members. You may stop using the service at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Success is Chosen is not liable for any trading or investment losses, or for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or portal. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
